Where do I start looking for my biological father?

Sometimes this helps. Now I've found 4 Norman Armstrong recorded in Canada. There Norman Douglas, born in 1956, Norman Leslie Armstrong, born in 1964, then a Norman Armstrong Walter born in 1975.
