cell phone carrier lookup
What number can be called to do a reverse lookup cell phone?
About a year ago, a friend told me that a number I could call to find out the owner of a cell phone number that had shown on my caller ID that cost a couple dollars. But, for the life of me I can not remember the number or who it was who called me. I have no idea what a friend told me this. Does anyone know a number and the price of something like this? * I do not know if this matters, but my wireless service provider AT & T. Before the merger, which was Cingular.
I do not know if there is a number you can call, but I've used this little tool in the past has worked very well for me: http://www.unitedsleuths.com/reverse-phone.html
International long distance calls have become very affordable. However, choosing a long distance carrier is not an easy job. While you are choosing your long distance carrier, always remember that there are multiple companies ready to lure customers with attractive and so called beneficial tariff plans. Most of them offer great benefits, but some are dishonest. Long distance carrier rates vary dramatically based on where you are calling.
The process of making an international long distance call may vary from country to country, and from city to city within a country. There are generally two ways to make international calls: dial directly or use an operator. You should always remember that operator-assisted calls are generally more expensive than calls dialed directly.
Long distance calls are generally billed by the minute. Apart from looking at the tariff plan, you also need to check if there are any hidden charges applicable. Lot of companies offer great call charges but have heavy hidden costs. These companies offer monthly plans with unlimited calling for a flat monthly fee. In addition to basic rates, telephone companies offer a variety of other ways to pay for international calls. The plan that you choose should fit in best to your usage. You can also use phone cards or any other plan. Calling plans, prepaid cards, dial-around, and callback services often offer rates that are lower than a company?s basic rates.
While choosing a carrier, you should compare features like day or night charges, and weekend or weekday rates. Also, is there any minimum call length, what is the connection fee and what is the range for monthly fees? Long distance carriers can be very cost-effective if you choose the right plan.
